1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Snapgo mobile application and service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Snapgo is a ride-sharing platform that connects individuals traveling to similar destinations to share cab fares. We provide the technology platform but do not provide transportation service ourselves.

3. Eligibility

To use Snapgo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Indian mobile number
• Complete Aadhaar-based KYC verification
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

You must register for an account and complete mandatory KYC verification to use Snapgo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4.3 KYC Verification

All users must complete Aadhaar-based KYC verification through DigiLocker. Failure to complete or maintain valid KYC will result in account suspension.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
• Arrive at meeting points on time
• Treat fellow riders with respect and courtesy
• Share cab fares as agreed
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Not create fake profiles or manipulate gender information
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

6. Pricing and Payments

6.1 Platform Fees

• Pay-per-ride: ₹5 per successful match
• Monthly subscription: ₹90 for unlimited rides
• First 3-4 months may be offered free as promotional period

6.2 Cab Fare Sharing

Snapgo does not handle cab fare payments. Users are responsible for booking cabs and sharing fares directly among themselves.

6.3 Refunds

Platform fees are refundable only if no match is found in real-time rides. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

7. Ride Sharing Guidelines

When using Snapgo:

• Communicate clearly with matched riders
• Confirm meeting points and timing
• Share contact information only through the app
• Use the SOS feature if you feel unsafe
• Report any issues or disputes immediately

8. Safety and Security

While we implement KYC verification and safety features, Snapgo is not responsible for the actions of users. Always exercise caution and use the safety features provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Snapgo are owned by Snapgo service Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Snapgo is a technology platform connecting users. We are not responsible for:

• Actions or behavior of other users
• Quality, safety, or legality of cab service
• Disputes between users regarding fare sharing
• Loss, damage, or injury during shared rides
• Accuracy of user-provided information

11. Dispute Resolution

We provide a dispute resolution mechanism for user complaints. Contact our support team at info@snapgo.co.in. We aim to resolve disputes within 24 hours.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose safety risks to other users.

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
