Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Snapgo mobile application and service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Snapgo Service Private Limited.

Description of Service
Snapgo is a ride-sharing connector platform that links travelers heading to similar destinations. We provide the technology infrastructure to facilitate connections between riders.
**Important:** Snapgo does not directly provide transportation services. We are a platform that enables users to find and connect with other travelers for shared cab rides.

Eligibility
To use Snapgo, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid Indian mobile number
- Complete Aadhaar-based KYC verification through DigiLocker
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Users who do not meet these requirements are prohibited from using our service.

User Accounts
**Registration:** Creating an account and completing mandatory KYC verification through DigiLocker is required to access the platform.
**Account Security:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.
**KYC Verification:** Aadhaar verification via DigiLocker is mandatory for all users. Failure to complete verification or providing false information will result in account suspension.

User Conduct
As a Snapgo user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
- Arrive punctually at designated meeting points
- Interact respectfully with fellow riders
- Practice fair and honest fare-sharing
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not engage in harassment, threats, or harmful behavior
- Not create fraudulent profiles or impersonate others
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Pricing and Payments
**Platform Fees:**
- Pay-per-ride: ₹5 per successful match
- Monthly subscription: ₹90 for unlimited rides
- Promotional periods may offer complimentary access
**Cab Fare Sharing:** Snapgo does not handle cab fare payments. Users are responsible for booking cabs through their preferred service and sharing fares directly with matched riders.
**Refunds:** Platform fees are refundable only when no match is found. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

Ride Sharing Guidelines
When using Snapgo for ride sharing:
- Maintain clear communication with matched riders
- Verify meeting points and schedules before the ride
- Exchange contact information only through the app
- Use the SOS feature if you feel unsafe at any point
- Report any concerns or issues promptly to support
- Be considerate of other riders' comfort and safety

Safety and Security
While Snapgo implements KYC verification and safety features to protect users, you acknowledge that:
**Snapgo is not responsible for the actions of individual users.** We provide tools and verification to enhance safety, but users must exercise their own judgment and caution when meeting and sharing rides with others.
Always prioritize your personal safety and use available safety features.

Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Snapgo, including but not limited to:
- Software, code, and algorithms
- Design, graphics, and user interface
- Logos, trademarks, and branding
- Documentation and text content
Are the exclusive property of Snapgo Service Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
Snapgo and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Actions or conduct of users on the platform
- Quality, safety, or legality of cab services booked
- Disputes regarding fare sharing between users
- Any loss, damage, or injury arising from ride sharing
- Accuracy of information provided by users
- Service interruptions or technical issues
Use of Snapgo is at your own risk.

Dispute Resolution
For any disputes or concerns:
1. Contact our support team at info@snapgo.co.in
2. Provide details of the issue with relevant evidence
3. We aim to resolve disputes within 24 hours
For unresolved disputes, matters shall be subject to arbitration under Indian law with Greater Noida as the venue.

Termination
Snapgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
- Create safety concerns for other users
- Provide false information during registration
Users may also delete their accounts at any time through the app settings.

Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Snapgo service at any time, with or without notice. This includes:
- Feature additions or removals
- Pricing changes
- Platform policies
- Availability in certain regions
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
