Refund Policy Overview
At Snapgo, we strive to provide a seamless ride-sharing experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for platform fees.
**Note:** Snapgo does not handle cab fares. Refunds only apply to Snapgo platform fees (pay-per-ride and subscription charges).

Platform Fee Refunds
**Pay-Per-Ride (₹5 per match):**
- Full refund if no match is found within the search period
- No refund once a match is confirmed
- Refund processed automatically to original payment method
**Monthly Subscription (₹90):**
- Non-refundable once activated
- Subscription benefits remain valid until the end of the billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days

Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- No match was found for your ride request
- Technical issues prevented you from using the service
- Duplicate charges occurred due to payment errors
- You were charged incorrectly
You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
- You cancelled after a match was confirmed
- You did not show up at the meeting point
- You violated our Terms of Service
- The ride was completed successfully

Refund Process
To request a refund:
**Step 1:** Contact support at info@snapgo.co.in with your registered email
**Step 2:** Provide the following information:
- Transaction ID or payment reference
- Date and time of the transaction
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting screenshots or evidence
**Step 3:** Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
**Step 4:** If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method

Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:

Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Exclusions
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after successful matching
- Disputes with matched riders about fare sharing
- Issues with the cab service or driver
- Missed rides due to user error
- Accounts suspended for policy violations
- Promotional or free rides

Cancellation Policy
**Before Match:**
- Cancel anytime without charges
- Platform fee will not be deducted
**After Match:**
- Cancellation may affect your reliability score
- Platform fee is non-refundable
- Repeated cancellations may result in temporary restrictions
