Snapgo began with a simple idea — why should one person bear the full cost of a cab when many travel the same route every day? As a student commuting in a busy city, I noticed how often people shared similar routes but had no reliable way to connect. So, we started with a small WhatsApp group in our university to help fellow students share cab rides and split fares.
Within just 20 days, the group grew to over 650+ members, and more than 100 rides were successfully completed — all manually coordinated. This strong response showed us the need for something bigger, smarter, and more scalable.
That’s when Snapgo was born — a platform designed to connect commuters, help them split fares up to 75%, and ensure verified, safe, and flexible ride-sharing options.
